As passionate bakers, our focus is to provide the market with genuine products that respect the tradition and know-how of the traditional bakery, using state-of-the-art machinery, quality ingredients and of course... innovation! As we are expanding our presence in APACME, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Manager to develop and drive sales strategies to expand our market share in the area.
Functions:
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the APACME market
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets and reports to Sales & Marketing Diretor
Profile:
With a Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field, you have a proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the food industry.
Empathetic, you have great communication skills.
You are a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Your excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities enable you to build strong relations with customers.
You speak fluently English and Portuguese
Nice to have: Knowledge of French
