The Event began on 19th February 2018 at the Palace Hotel Monte Real with a dinner in which some of the products from the category of Sourdough Bread were presented, a commitment that Panidor has been, in an increasingly focused way, communicating to its Business Partners.
The second day of the event took off with the reception of the Chefs in the Panidor Academy, on the company's premises, having been served a breakfast that was prepared exclusively with Panidor Bread and Pastries. The breakfast featured the simple butter croissants with the most flavourful fillings, the sourdough breads, the crunchy custard tarts, the range of gluten-free products, the new products such as the mini Berliners, the mini snails and the award-winning Flavour of the Year 2018, Romeo and Juliet.
Because Panidor is proud of the work and investment it has made in its facilities, in which technology, innovation and quality are raised to the most demanding standards, we made sure that our guests could check how we continue to produce bread and pastries with the quality and characteristics of a traditional bread, but in mass production.
In order to show the versatility of Panidor products, adjusted to any meal, the visit to the factory ended with a gourmet lunch prepared by the Chef of Panidor, Sami Aboubaker. Of the products used in the preparation of these dishes, we highlight the Burger Buns and Mini Burger Buns (Black, Veggie, Tomato, Curry, Mustard, Classic), the Focaccias, and the award-winning Flavour of the Year 2017, Cod Cream.
It was with great pleasure that we opened the doors of our house for two days, to show how the tradition of a family of bakers combined the recipes and flavours of the past with the needs of the present, reinventing textures, aromas and flavours every day to introduce the most astonishing novelties in Bakery and Pastry.
