The Owner assumes no liability for information that is disclosed as a result of transmission errors, unauthorised access by third parties or other causes beyond its direct control.
The User is recommended to act responsibly as they must also play an important role in protecting their information..
In addition to the Owner, in some cases data may be accessed by persons in charge, involved in the operation of www.panidor.pt (administration, sales, marketing, legal administration) or external persons (such as third-party providers of technical services, hosting company, IT companies, communication agencies) appointed, where necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner.

- Transfer of Data outside the EU
The Owner is authorised to transfer Personal Data collected within the EU to third countries (i.e. any non-EU country) only in accordance with a specific legal basis.
